WE ENJOY a leisurely breakfast and morning with Alastair and Karen before heading home, stopping off in Balloch to pick up some shopping.
I’ve got some photos to take as soon as we get home for a wee project I’m doing for the community council then my plan is do make some headway with a couple of website for folks.
The plan’s scuppered, though, when I realise it’s the first of the month – eNewsletter day, so that becomes my priority. There’s quite a lot to put in there, including a heads up for folks to tune into BBC’s River City on Tuesday night (8pm) for a wee surprise 😉
See the eNewsletter here.
Also, after a bit of deliberation, I decide I should put the Hellbound Train EP up for pre-order…and a splash page on the website. Making the splash page is a bit more challenging than I expect…I eventually get it working, but think I’ll need to fine tune the design a little when I get time.
Meantime, Catriona and Will have arrived with a couple of pair of curtains Margaret promised to alter for them.
I’m just finished the web stuff when Martyn rolls up and we go out for a walk. Deffo need some fresh air and exercise after the last few days antics.
Martyn and Louise are coming back later to join us for dinner. Meantime, Margaret’s still working on the curtains while Will and I chat about photo editor apps and stuff.
We polish off the remains of the pulled pork from Thursday’s smoking session and sing a few beers and glasses of red before our pals head off and we have our first (relatively) early night in a while.
