FREEZING cold but beautiful blue sky when I go out to feed the birds and chop some wood before breakfast.
I have time to get some work out the way in the office before my meeting at Glengoyne distillery to chat over some project ideas for the future. We have a coffee and some amazing chocolate while I tell the good folks at the distillery about the USA tour which was, in many ways, fuelled by Glengoyne and upcoming plans for 2017…I’m sure there’s lots of things we can work together on for mutual benefit.
We blether for a good couple of hours then I head home, stopping off in the village to help iron out a wee technical issue for a client.
it’s a beautiful day for a walk, but before I know it, it’s dark and there’s still loads of things needing done – I can’t carry anything over to tomorrow as I’ve an eye hospital appointment first thing in the morning and unable to see properly ’til the afternoon…when I have a studio session with another Music+ student.
After dinner I enjoy a Glengoyne in front of the fire while working on some new songs…renewed purpose and a determination to finish writing this new album!
