I make a batch of Alabama White BBQ sauce to go with the smoked pork loin…

AFTER breakfast I get some work done on the first phase a local pal’s website.

There seems to be a longer to-do list than I planned, but by early afternoon I’m on top of things and get the smoker on for the bacon-wrapped pork loin. We’ve got Betty, Joe, Duncan and Irene coming this evening.

While the pork’s smokin’ I make up a batch of Alabama White BBQ sauce.

Everything’s ready in time for our pals arriving and we have a grand night…and, of course, eat and drink waaaay too much 🙂

Nice to have our pals round for dinner 🙂
