LOADS to get through this morning before another shop shift.
But before I get into it I need to parcel something up for Betty and sort a courier to deliver quickly to the USA.
Once done, I write up a report for the PRS Members’ Fund and try to organise some other admin stuff – I have a few telephone ‘visits’ with grant holders in the north west of England.
With all September’s shows re-scheduled from May/June now being moved again – this time to February – I have some online listings and updates to get done then I manage a 15-minute walk in the woods before lunch and my shop shift.
By 10.30pm I’m back home and – having had four alcohol-free days in a row – reward myself with a dram. Smokehead’s new Rum Rebel. It’s a nice nightcap.
