ANOTHER shop shift today, so I need to try and get a day’s (or more!) work done before 1pm.

Aside from the routine stuff I need to get some filming done for a video I’m putting together to promote the equipment I’m using for my new merch range…and also the stuff at westhighlandwaygifts.co.uk

I even manage a 20-minute walk before it’s time to make my sandwiches and coffee to take to the shop for my 1pm-8pm shift.

It’s a busy afternoon and evening. When I get home Margaret’s even for the shopping and is on a Zoom meeting. I put the rest of the shopping away and make a green curry.

We chill the rest of the night – or what’s left of it – and I spend a good proportion of it flat on my back on the floor to try and get some relief from my sore back and sciatica…hopefully I’l get to speak to the doc tomorrow.
