MARGARET’S up at the crack of dawn – Aaron, of course, is awake early and she gives him breakfast and takes him out to give CAtriona a long lie. Will’s been sleeping on the couch and is feeling a bit better.

I get some work out the way then we have breakfast in the garden.

Margaret takes Freya for a walk and I tag along. We stop and feed the ducks then carry on along to visit Betty. We’re just loin pour way home when Betty calls me to see if I can go back and help get Joe up – he’s ‘stuck’ in the garage’.

There’s a couple of things on my to-do list for today — tidy the office so I can at least get to the pile of papers so I can finish doing my accounts and there’s a flyer I’ve been working on for the local community trust that needs finished.

I also need to get the prep done for tomorrow’s (Monday, 8pm) final episode in my Smokehead Sessions livestream series.

The kids all head off early afternoon and I carry on with my studio and office tasks then go a wee walk up the lochside before starting the jambalaya a for dinner.
