I HAVE a guitar student at the house first thing…then I tackle the salsa verde.
At last there’s enough tomatillos from my plants – and I had the foresight to make sure we had plenty green jalapeños and coriander for my recipe. It’s quick and easy and in less than half an hour the recipe is complete and I fill four sterilised jars 🙂
Our pals Charlie and Mikkel are coming to stay tonight after their Glasgow show so I get some sourdough ready so we have fresh bread in the morning.
I get some work done in the studio after lunch before we head into Glasgow.
First stop is Kenny’s to pick up t-shirts and zip up hoodies for this weekend’s festival shows in Dewsbury and Darlington.
We’re meeting Charlie and Mikkel for dinner before their show. It’s great to catch up…and they play a blinder of a set at the Glad Cafe.
Then it’s back to ours for some snacks, drinks, chat….
