MARGARET’S off to Edinburgh early doors – I get up and make some sourdough concoction for some rolls.
Our usual supermarket rolls are full of preservatives and the sourdough ones I Iike are pretty expensive. I make sourdough bread every week so surely rolls should be straightforward?
The mix is a little more complicated and seems to need regular attention throughout the day.
Next job is getting the Christmas tree, decorations, lights and stuff down form the attic. I rummage through the box’s and find the outside lights, grab a ladder and get them up.
There’s some merch to make in the office and some protoype Keyrings to be made up for an upcoming bulk order.
Before I know it it’s getting dark so I nip out for a short walk then spend some time in the office trying to organize the data from my email lists. Mailchimp is costing me a fortune so I’m keen to find a cheaper (or even free!) alternative,
