UP EARLY to get the gear sorted and car parked. Mikey leaves after breakfast and we get ready to hit the road to Sheffield.
We share the uneventful drive and find our hotel, drop off some bags and head to Heist Brewery – tonight’s venue.
Manager Ed is expecting us and we’re set up and soundchecked pretty quick before being fed and watered.
Trent from Honey Bee Blues CLub has been helping promote the gig and brings along some lighting.
There’s more of a crowd than I expect with some familiar faces from previous Sheffield visits…and lots of new folks too.
I’m pretty knackered after the show and we’re back at the hotel by midnight….
