WE have a lazy morning and I get some work done for the local community trust back home…there’s some important info to be sent our on its behalf.

Margaret’s arranged a rental car for the next week which we get at 2pm…she calls Enterprise – our favoured rental company – and they send someone to pick us up.

On the way back to our AirBnB we stop for a burger then pick up my guitar and some stuff – we’re headed out into the desert to Pioneertown to play a few songs at Pappy & Harriet’s.

We arrive there about 5.30pm and get to know everyone, grab a beer and sort a table for dinner. I play a few songs which seem to go down really well then we eat and chat with folks and enjoy the rest of the music.

The drive back to Santa Ana is a bit quicker as the traffic has died down and we’re at the AirBnB before midnight. Been a grand day 🙂
