GIG in Glasgow ton night, but not too much needing done during the day.

I change strings on one of my older Nationals for Andres to use on Saturday’s show…then restring the guitars for tonight’s show.

We pack the gear and head into Glasgow, stopping at Love Music so Andres can have a look round and pick cup some music for his son…it’s nice for Andres to meet owner Sandy too.

By 5pm we’re loading in any the Glad Cafe and soon after Carla is sound checking us both. All goes well.

We have some grub in the cafe part of the venue and go back though in time for doors opening at 7.30pm.

Andres kicks off the show just after 8pm and plays a fantastic set of mainly original instrumentals. Everyone loves it 🙂

An hour later I’m on stage stomping and sweating as usual and have a great timer…while not as busy as I’d hoped, there’s still good number of folks in and they all appear to have good night.

We’re back home just after midnight and have a snack and nightcap while discussing the evening’s activities.
