Salt and pepper tofu…

I’M on a full shift helping I the shop today so try and get some stuff out the way before I go out.

The day goes without any hitches and I manage a couple of chats with folk about the local social media stuff I’m doing.

It’s cold and dark when I get home so I set the fire then have a nap for ten minutes before dealign with the day’s online stuff.

In the kitchen I make salt and pepper tofu which turns out pretty good.

After we eat I mess with a guitar for a while – keen to come up with a more traditional-sounding acoustic blues song….
