ONCE I’ve posted the food pix I took last night on the Oak Tree Inn’s social media channels I trail my 6pm ‘song a day’ livestream.

There’s a few other things needing done then I prepare the studio for some photos later – I’ve to take some pix of a new trustee on the local community trust.

I’m mid-way through re-organising the studio, so there’s some tidying up to be done before I set up lights and prepare the live room for the photoshoot.

When the new trustee arrives I’m ready to go. We take the pix then she comes across to the house for a blether and a coffee.

Catriona and Freya roll up a short time later and, as the photo gear’s all set up and ready, I suggest they come across to the studio and have some photos taken.

Back in the house I mess with the photos, update the local community Trust website with pix and info then get ready for my ‘song a day’ livestream. Catriona keeps Freya occupied while Margaret mans the cameras for the livestream.

There’s some smoked topside left from yesterday and while Margaret sorts that for dinner I share the livestream around my social media and edit for the other platforms. Catriona gets Freya ready for bed and settles her down.

We’ve been invited along to Barbara and Thorsten’s for drinks. After dinner Catriona stays home and Margaret and I wander along to our pals’ where we have a grand night with them and some new neighbours.
