I MAKE some ‘sous vide egg bites’ with cheese and chorizo in the Instant Pot for breakfast…I put ’em on when I get out the shower and by the time I’m dressed they’re ready. And delicious.

There’s a few things to get done before I hit the shop for a 10am shift. That’ll be three days this week I’ve been helping out there. It’s delivery day in the shop so it’s a busy shift and I’m knackered by the time I get home just after 4pm.

Margaret’s getting the shopping and I get on with a bunch of work. There’s a nice full-page feature in the Stirling Observer about my upcoming local show and the signature guitar.

There’s a drop-in planning meeting at the local village hall…Margaret and her local community trustee colleagues head along then, when she gets back, I go along to reiterate local concerns about the car park in Balmaha.

Back home I make crispy seitan and broccoli. in orange sauce which turns out pretty good. so good, I eat far too much!
