AFTER a lazy morning I hit the studio and mess with some song ideas and generally enjoy some time playing guitar.

I’m not there long, though, when the power goes off so I’m restricted too unplugged playing and no recording.

We light the fire earlier than usual to enjoy the warmth and light…Margaret gets her knitting out and I play some guitar then have a nap in front of the fire.

Our electricity is back on just after 6pm, but Betty and Joe are still off so we ask them along for dinner. Nothing fancy on the menu, but enough to share…
