UP AT 6am so I can open the shop at 7am…

I’m home by 2pm and have some lunch before my guitar student comes for her fortnightly lesson.

The rest of the afternoon s spent catching up on work and suddenly it’s after 7pm. Trying out a new recipe using thew Instant Pot – teriyaki chicken – so need to get my head round the process.

It turns out to be pretty straightforward and we both like the resulting meal. That one’s a keeper 🙂
