SOME of the supplies I need for Les’s birthday project arrive and I spend the morning working on it.

I’m not 100% sure what I’m doing but it looks like my plans might work…until the printer starts playing up.

Eventually I give top for the time being and go out for a walk in the rain before dark. When I get back Margaret;s home – we have a coffee and then I nip into the studio to work on one of my demo recordings.

As usual, I lose track of time a bit and it’s after 8pm when I go back to the house and start the mushroom risotto. Not too onerous thanks to the Instant Pot. Once again, the risotto is spectacular!

We’re both knackered so we do a little work then call it a night. An early night.
