IT’S a bit late when we wake up...

I check all the formats/versions fo the Stick toYour Guns video then post the ‘behind the scenes’ video to give folks a sneak peek into the production of the song.

My Bandcamp page needs updated and given a make-over ready for the release of Stick to Your Guns. Hopefully come Friday I’ll just have to press a few buttons and make things live. I’m sure I’ll have forgotten something tho’!

A pal in Bournemouth messaged me yesterday – she and her husband are NHS workers and some of their colleagues have written, and are recording, a fundraiser song. They wonder if I could put some guitar on the track….I’m happy to try, so take the demo into the studio.

The song is very mainstream and not at all my style, but I muddle around on the guitar and come up with something and send it off…

With a couple of things ticked off the to-do list I go for a walk up the loch side. OIn the way back I bump into a couple of police officers. We have a chat at a safe distance then all go on our way. They’re doing a good job.

We have some celery and green peppers needing used up so I make a huge pot of jambalaya. We eat and watch a documentary about Rory Gallagher. Grand.
