THERE’S some stuff to go to the post office…and I have a prescription to pick up in the village.

Margaret drives me there and I walk back. Good to get a nice long walk, especially as there’s rain forecast after today.

Back home, I;ve been asked to cover some calls to PRS Members’ fund grant holders in the north west of England. I manage to get hold of most for hem and write up reports…one left to do which I’ve arranged for tomorrow (Friday).

Later on I accompany Margaret on her couch to 5k run. Although she’s finished the programme, she’s keen to go out three or four times a week to try and maintain her fitness.

When we get home we have an hour’s family video chat with Lesley and the kids. Then dinner and some chill time…
