I’M busy packing up some merch orders when Catriona, Freya and Aaron arrive.

Next job is to add the two-factor authentication to the Buzz website which I forgot about yesterday! Once done, that’s all my website security and logins sorted. Phew.

I take the merch to the post box and drop off some leftover risotto at Betty and Joe’s.

Back home, I’ve promised Catriona I’d make arancini for lunch so I get busy in the kitchen…luckily I made enough risotto last night for dinner, Betty and Joe and today’s arancini.

The arancini are a big hit, but our air fryer has finally given up the ghost. I’d emailed lakeland last week about spares as their (this!) budget air fryer is no longer available. No response.

We’d researched new options last week, but there’s o many conflicting reviews it’s hard to make an informed choice. I take out a trial £1 subscription to Which? and find a range of ‘best buys’. Top of the list is way over our budget (and needs), but second top – one made by Ninja – looks good. I get one ordered…and take a note to cancel any further payments to Which? !

Air fryer dealt with, I spend some time on a new song idea then start looking out some images to help promote Monday’s upcoming Blues’n’2s episode with my pal Charlie Parr.

There’s a pack of chicken thighs I picked up in Costco the other day needing bagged up and frozen – I keep some out for tonight’s teriyaki chicken 🙂
