WE SLEEP in a bit – no surprise after our 4.30am shot…!

I’m in the studio when Catriona, Freya and Aaron arrive but once I’m done with some work I go and join them in the garden and have a sandwich and a coffee with them.

I go back to the studio and start running some test with Zoom to try and make sure things will go to plan from a technical point-of-view on Monday’s sessions. Folks have paid good money, so I need to make sure the audio is top notch!

There’s a fair bit of trial and error, but I get things to the stage where we can do some proper testing tomorrow.

The day is almost done when I go for a walk up the lochside and do a couple of livestreams from Milarrochy bay. I’m glad of the head torch as it’s pitch dark on the way back. Quite a nice experience walking along the lochside in the dark 🙂

Tonight is my second attempt at making lahmacun – and it’s much better than last week’s debit effort. I’m a bit short of topping, but that’s an easy fix next time…
