AFTER breakfast I’m in the office prototyping some match ideas when Betty arrives and we sit the garden and have a coffee.

I do a little work in the studio then have a late lunch fo leftover red beans and rice before taking a walk to Martyn’s where we meet in his garden.

He’s burning a load of waste and we stand round the fire chatting over a couple of beers and a dram before Margaret comes to pick me up. I was keen to go on the bike but it’s way too icy. Can’t wait for the better weather!

When we get hime I fall asleep in front of the fire for a while then get busy making our salt and pepper tofu…
