WE’RE sitting up in bed chatting and drinking coffee when I get a message from my pal Martyn to see if I fancy meeting up for a walk. I do.

I have a quick shower and breakfast then go to meet him and we have a good couple of hours wandering around the early RSPB reserve chatting.

It’s damp, grey and rainy, but we enjoy the break then I go home and get some work done in the studio.

I marinade some tofu and make streamed bao buns with sesame tofu. Not the best recipe I’ve made, but still edible!

Our pal Bill is re-starting his Sunday night livestreams – they’re in Dundee for another couple fo weeks before going back to Florida. We get the fire going and sit back and enjoy the music.
