WE’RE up early as Catriona and the kids are on their way. They arrive just as we’re finishing breakfast.

Lockdown rules mean only two adults from two households can meet outside, so I wave from inside the house then hit the studio and tidy up the gear from last night’s livestream.

I’ve a fair bit of work to catch up on and want to start promoting my new Facebook group – Dave Arcari’s Wildcats.

The afternoon’s nearly done when I go for a walk up the lochside and take a wee selfie using my watch as a remote shutter release for my phone camera.

Back in the studio I lose track of time then realise that if I don’t get back to the house soon the carnitas will be very late!
