The sign of a good ride – 18-miles and a fair amount of mud later 🙂

I’M up early, showered and breakfasted so I can get the studio set up for a guitar session with a student in Australia.

The lesson goes well and the student is right on it. I get some work done then decide to go for a cycle.

I plot an 18-mile loop taking in some of the West Highland Way and some forest tracks I’ve never been on before.

Lunch is ready when I get home then I clean the bike, lube the drivetrain and do some more merch idea prototyping in the office. Pleased with progress so far – hope to be able to share the outcome soon!

I get some prep done for tonight’s Vietnamese beef then go back to the studio for a double lesson with a new student in Ireland. His camera’s not working, but the lesson goes pretty good then it’s back to the house and outside to get the grill on…
