UP early (for a Sunday!) to get the bike ready then go and meet my pal Duncan with his new ebike.

I get up on the West Highland Way and ride through the forest to meet him beside Moorpark reservoir then we head back down towards Gartmore and onto the forest tracks.

An hour and three-quarters and 20 miles later I’m home and cleaning the bike. I’m enjoying looking after the bike almost as much as I am riding it 🙂

A shower then lunch and I’m ready for a nap!

We take a walk to Betty and Joe’s to drop off some cakes and stuff and I sort out some email issues across their iPads and phone.

Dinner is asparagus risotto and we’re nearly caught out with our pal Billy’s weekly livestream form Florida. the clocks must have changed already in the USA, so he kicks of at 8pm our time instead of 9pm…Margaret watches while she finishes off some work and I watch while making the risotto!
