WE’RE up at a reasonable time as Catriona and the kids are coming to visit.

I’m just finishing breakfast when they arrive – and for the first time in ages they’re allowed in the house! I have a coffee, chat, play some guitar for the kids then this the studio.

I work on the green screen video I filmed yesterday and then go back to he house to say cheerio to Catriona and the kids.

After lunch I get back to work own the merch prototypes. My back’s still killing me, I’m a bit snuffly and not feeling great. Plus it’s pouring rain outside. A nap[ on the sofa is the order of the day!

I get back to the merch stuff then come in for dinner in time for our pal Bill’s livestream from Florida. Margaret’s made a spinach and feta filo pie which is fantastic…
