OOOFFT – a wee bit of a bad head thirds morning…not meant to be drinking Sunday to Wednesday but Betty was round last night. I’ll blame her!

There’s some finishing work to be done on the bottleneck cases before Margaret sews them up then the studio and get some work done on the Loch Lomond arrangement.

It’s taken me a week to sort out time signatures, tempo and get a basic drum track and song structure sorted. I’ve done this prep work in GarageBand, created audio files from MIDI files and exported them ready to go into Luna – my DAW (digital audio workstation) where things will develop further.

I head for a walk up the lochside…a two day streak…and get home in time for a quick meeting with someone who’s keen to set up a live show in a couple of weeks. Watch this space.

There’s not a lot of tofu left for our steamed bao buns so I decide to experiment and air fry some avocado…the buns wok out well, especially the avocado – the tofu is better pan fried and caramelised, but I’d do the avocado like this again 🙂
