WE’RE up at a decent time and off early into Glasgow.

I have a mid-morning meeting then we go to pick up some shopping – Costco, Tesco, See Woo…the usual.

We’re back home soon after 1pm and I fire up the Ooni. There was a large portion of pizza dough in the fridge that I’d forgotten about, so i took it out before we went into town to get up to room temperature.

The resulting buffalo chicken pizzas turn out great. Possibly my best pizza effort yet.

In the office I finish off the prototype AirTag cover/fob. It’s good, but a few improvement before I can ‘take t to market’.

It’s a lovely day and I manage a walk upon the lochside after prepping some chicken kebabs for the grill later tonight.

Margaret has a local community trust meeting early evening and I drag myself to the office to make a start – again – on my accounts…
