NO matter how early we’re up on a Thursday morning it always seems like a scrabble to be clear before my guitar student arrives for her 10am lesson.

Once we’re done I chase the UPS delivery – tracking says to check back again tomorrow (Friday) which has annoyed me – I get through on the phone fairly quick and am told by the rep that the package is out for delivery!

After lunch so have a Musicians’ Union (MU) production music webinar which is interesting but doesn’t offer anything new….I guess I know the script having produced stuff for DeWolf and most recently the Deadliest Catch.

It’s just finishing up when Margaret buzzes me at the studio to say there’s been a UPS delivery. Hurrah!

No time to try out the mic tho’ – there’s a load of web server stuff to be sorted out.

I take a break and go back to the house to make some poolish for Saturday’s pizza dough and marinade the flank steak for the grill tonight.

Then it’s back onto the web stuff. When I shut up shop and go home Betty’s dropped by – we have a drink and I suggest she stays for dinner as there’s plenty steak and chips to go round 🙂
