I HIT the office first thing to put the finishing touches to a bunch of fridge magnets, hanging slates and bar blades for the village shop.
I don’t want to promote the new bar blades round my socials until they’re also available in the shop.
My pal Martyn brought me a lahmacun from a takeaway in Glasgow last night. He’s been keen for me try one since I started making my own. It was huge and I ate half of it when I got in last night…very different from my own home-made efforts – a much a more naan-like base and the lamb mix was definately missing the Aleppo pepper and flat leaf parsley. Really good tho’..
Anyway, half of it’s still in the fridge so I pack it up with the side salad and chilli sauce, grab the bike and cycle up to Sallochy for a picnic.
It’s a nice relaxing hour before I get back to work – first on website migrations then onto another recording of Loch Lomond (Home).
Back on the websites – davearcari.com this time – I’m having weird DNS (domain name server) problems with intermittent site availability. It’s driving me nuts.
I help Margaret put the shopping away then spend another hour or two unsuccessfully trying to solve the DNS problems….
