MARGARET’S poorly – been up and down all night with sickness and diarrhoea 🙁

I’m up and in the studio backing up the audio for Loch Lomond (Home) and the first of the additional ‘voices’. I generally don’t back up recording projects as I tend to work them pretty quick..but this has stuff from other folks and is being pieced together over time. I can’t risk any of it going astray.

There’s a video clip form Friday’s show that I wanna do some work on and upload. While it’s away I do a wee bit work promoting the livestream that’ll be coming form Saturday’s house concert.

While she likes the Neapolitan-style artisan pizza from the Ooni., Margaret’s asked if I can do aa thin crust ‘bar-style’ pizza. I found a recipe and make a batch of dough which we’ll try out tomorrow (Wednesday).

I arrange sessions for a few folks coming to add their voices to the Loch Lomond (Home) choruses then take delivery of a new extra gazebo in case we need extra shelter for folks at Saturday’s house/garden concert.

After making up a statement for the village shop I head down and drop it in. Looks like the new black bar blades are going well and there’s some other stuff that looks in need of replenishment.

I go a walk up the lochside then back to the studio.

Margaret’s still feeling terrible. She stopped being sick this morning, but has a sore tummy, headache and is still running to the toilet. I make myself some pancetta, pea and orzo ‘risotto’…a recipe that’s usually in Margaret’s repertoire…I;m surprised how easy it is…and even more surprised how good the result is.
