THERE’S a bit of a scrabble to get some products ready for the village shop…I’m hoping to get the stuff to them before we go to Stirling to visit Joe in hospital.

It’s not so much the ‘hands-on’ time – rather the dry time for some of the finishes, sop in between times I bring some stuff from the studio to try out for tomorrow’s house/garden concert.

I’m trying to do too many things at the one time tho’, and we don’t have time to properly test the amp/mic combination…and the leather keyring are gonna need another half hour before the final finishing. We need to get to Stirling!

It’s nice to see Joe then we pick up some shopping and dash home – I’ve got someone coming to record choruses for Loch Lomond (Home) at 3.30pm..then someone else at 4.30pm.

Joel’s waiting at the studio when we get back and he gets his vocal done in one quick take…then time for a coffee and a blether. He and Maggi are coming to tomorrow’s house concert too 🙂

There’s no sign of Emma and Rosie tho’, so I fire off a text…they want to change to Monday! No problem, really, but it’s have been nice to know earlier they weren’t coming today. I shouldn’t moan – it’s them that’s doing me the favour

Next job is a batch of pizza dough for Sunday. Catriona, Will and the kids are coming for a late lunch for Will’s birthday…then I get the Vietnamese beef marinated for tomorrow night’s post=house concert dinner with Billy, Dorothy, Valerie and Shady.
