UP at a decent time to meet Martyn and go for a walk.

It’s pretty wet and dank out there but we have a good coupla hours wandering and chatting.

When I get home I find Margaret’s made a quiche and a batch of scones – after a nice shower and change I have some lunch 🙂

I take some of my prototype Christmas stuff to the village shop and get an order, so it’ll be a busy week. There’s also some online orders for keyrings that need finished and packaged ready for tomorrow’s post.

We take a walk – and some scones – along to Betty and Joe’s to see Joe for the first time since he got out of hospital. Barbara and Aggie are there too. We have a coffee and a wee blether then head off when Kirsty and Shona arrive.

I spend some time in the studio on my Blue Christmas project then back to the house to make rice cakes for tonight’s tteotbokki. Having made the rice cakes from scratch before and not been too impressed I try a inferential recipe and they work out pretty good 🙂
