The finished leather wristguards for Will’s glass-making…

FIRST job of the day is to dye the leather wristguards I’m making for Will – they’re kinda traditional protective gear for glassmakers.

There’s also some work to be done on wooden Christmas decorations for the shop in Drymen which is taking part in the village’s late night Christmas shopping event next week.

I seem to spend the whole day on West Highland Way Gifts’ stuff with just one break to take a wander up the lochside.

There’s still some video and news releases to be done when Margaret comes home with the shopping…then it’s time to go along and see Betty and Joe. Their daughter Kirsty goes back to LA in the morning and we’re keen to say cheerio.

It’s after 10,30pm when we get home and I fire up the pizza oven…just as well we’re on a quick and easy dinner tonight, albeit after 11pm when we eat…
