THERE’S a bunch of merch orders to be packed up and postage printed.

I also have some orders for Dave Arcari – and also Wildcats – beanies, so the leather patches have to be dyed and finished so Margaret can sew them on the hats later.

There’s a bit of paperwork to be done for the Christmas stock that’s going to the shop in Drymen so I can deliver it tomorrow (Wednesday).

After making up a meal plan and shopping list for Margaret I make some poolish to use tomorrow as the pre-ferment for a batch of pizza dough. It needs to sit out for an hour then in the fridge overnight before using it.

In the studio play a bit of guitar then do some more promo for Sunday’s show in Glasgow, including a mail out to my email list.

Dinner is Asian salmon with cold soba noodles and steam broccoli…..
