GLAD I took it easy last night…I’m still not feeling match fit, but getting there!

After breakfast I take a walk along to see Betty and Joe…had planned to visit Joe during the week but events overtook me then the spew fest hit and knocked out Thursday and Friday.

We hang out and chat a while then I make my way home. Catriona and the kids have arrived so I chat for a while then they go to feed the ducks and I hit the studio to sort out gear and a set list for Sunday’s show.

I also need to run through the set as it’s been some time since I played a lot of these songs. My left hand/wrist is painful though which is kinda frustrating as it’s nearly five weeks since my bike accident.

In between times Matty’s rolled up – he’s coming for the night – and goes out to find the others down at the bay.

Back home I prep for pizza (again!) then have a doze in front of the fire while Margaret anda chat.

Tonight’s pizzas are good then we head indoors and chat over a glass of red. I turn in early leaving Margaret and Matty blethering…I wanna make sure I’m feeling better for tomorrow’s show…
