I HAVE a physic appointment in Killearn first thing. The doc referred me back in June for sciatica which has pretty much gone away, but I go anyway in case they can help with my lower back pain.

In the past physio sessions have been pretty crap, but this time I find the lady both investigative re the pain and helpful. She gives me lots of good advice and I don’t need to go back.

There’s a fair bit of prep to do for some filming I have to do next week for the Communities Housing Association. Interviews to be set up and questions planned.

Margaret’s away to Doune to get Freya and take her swimming…then they’ll come home and Catriona will bring Aaron later on for the night.

I get some pizza dough out the freezer or later – Catriona’s been asking about pizza, and it just so happens it’s on the menu tonight.

There’s a fair bit of work to get through, so I only manage a short walk through the woods then spend some time on website updates for a pal.

Once the kids are in bed and asleep we go out the back and enjoy some pizza then tidy up and retire indoors for a few glasses of red and a chat.
