THE studio had been repurposed for some other stuff over the weekend so there’s a fair bit of re-setting to do in time for my first Zoom guitar student off the day.
After the lesson I get busy with the Not Too Shabby web updates – there’s a few passwords and stuff I need to wait on – in the meantime I do some work on revamping the Buzz website. Funny, my own websites always seem to be bottom of the to-do list. Cobblers’ children!
After a break for lunch I get engrossed in the web stuff and it’s getting dark before I realise I haven’t had any fresh air. I manage a good hour’s walk up the lochside.
Suddenly it’s nearly time for my evening Zoom guitar student, then it’s straight onto my weekly livestream in the Wildcats’ Facebook group.
We have a late dinner then I spend some time trying to get to grips with Affinity Designer on the iPad. I had to cut back my Adobe Creative Cloud subscription as was just costing too much money… I stuck with Photoshop and Lightroom, but lost all the other apps and particularly miss Illustrator. Affinity Designer is a good alternative, but I’ve a wee bit of a learning curve…
