THE forecast’s for rain, but it’s quite nice outside so I get the bike out and take an off-road ride to pick up a prescription in the village.

Not far into the cycle home, though, the heaven’s open. That – and the fact that I’ve ridden through a load of mud – mean that the bike’s gonna need a clean n I get back and I haven’t factored that time into my day!

I make a quick pizza for lunch then finish off the batch of custom keyfobs I’ve been making for Caol Gleann holiday lodge.They’ll get picked up tomorrow.

The info for some web updates I quoted for in November…with a price good for two weeks and conditional on getting all the info etc from the client in a one-er in that time…didn’t come in ’til a couple of weeks ago. And in piecemeal. This is typical of this client but I don’t wanna make an issue of it as they’re pals. There’s also a whole load of additional stuff that wasn’t in the quote. I finish all with the info I have and send an invoice along with a message saying any additional stuff will be dealt with in future updates!

The day has passed in a flash. No time for a walk, so glad I had a wee bit of a bike ride earlier.
