MOST of the morning is spent cleaning,tidying and setting up the studio for this afternoon recording session…my pal Iain (The Gator) has asked if I can record a few songs for him.

I’m done in time for session with one of my Zoom guitar students then I do some work on re-scheduling the plan for this years album release. Long story!

I have a quick lunch in the sunshine before Iain, Fiona and their wee girl Aspen arrive. Iain and I hit the studio and get three tracks down before I have to shut up shop and deal with some other business. They head off and I promise to do a rough mix of the tracks this evening and send over some audio files.

The sun’s going down when I get out for a walk up the lochside and do some livestream ‘check-ins’ while I’m out.
