UP early so Margaret can drop me at Forth Valley Royal Hospital at Larbert…my endoscopy appointment isn’t ’til 1.45pm. It’s only 9am.

Luckily it’s a beautiful day so I plonk myself on a bench outside, check emails then sleep for an hour and a half in the sun!

No food or drink allowed but I need the toilet so venture into the hospital and do the needful then go for a walk round Larbert Loch, sit the sun and do some more work before going in for my ’procedure’.

The nurses are great and I opt to go without any sedation…the procedure is pretty uncomfortable but it’s over in five minutes. Still not allowed anything to eat and drink for another 90 minutes!

Margaret picks me up and by the time we’re home I can eat. I have a toastie, a hot cross bun and two little moons 🙂

I have an acrylic earring design idea I wanna prototype then I hit the studio for my weekly livestream into the Wildcats’ Facebook group.

Back in the house I make arancini with last night’s leftover risotto, have a dram and an early night.
