I WAKE UP feeling like I’ve been hit with a big stick.

No time to feel sorry for myself tho’– I have someone coming for a guitar lesson first thing then I’m off to the school in Balloch for a session with some of the kids there.

It’s my pal Rab’s (Noakes) funeral today too and I’m really sad not to be able to attend…but having had the two weeks’ off right after my first session with the school I can’t ask to miss another week 🙁

There’s some stuff to be dropped at the post office and some shopping to pick up on the way home.

Will drops by to pick up some stickers I’d made for him then we go along to visit Betty.

It’s after 10pm by the time the chicken donburi is made…but not long after eating I feel a bit odd and and am violently sick. Not, thankfully, my usual 24-hour+ spewing routine, but I am sick again half an hour later and feel a little better before falling asleep….
