MARGARET goes off to meet Catriona and the kids at the swimming…and I jump in the shower.

After breakfast I hit the studio to try and sort songs for Betty’s playlist for Joe’s funeral on Monday. Some of the songs she wants aren’t available anywhere online.

Everyone comes back and I spend a little time hanging out then go back to the studio and start tidying up the gear from the tour.

Not, I set up for a couple fo videos I need to shoot – with sound recording too. The filming goes fine, but when I come to mix the audio I;m not happy with the guitar sound. Way too much overdrive for the stuff I’m doing. Looks like I;ll have to make time to do it all again tomorrow…

Margaret was meant to be in Glasgow for a Christmas dinner with some of her colleagues from the school…but she’s not feeling 100% and thinks she’s coming down with something.

I sous video a piece of flank steak and finish it off by searing it on a griddle pan. Works really well..especially for an ’emergency dinner’ that we hadn’t planned.
