WE wake up at Alastair and Karen’s…the best sleep I’ve had for a week. Possibly aided by the red wine and whisky – but it’s the result that counts!

After a leisurely breakfast and chat we make for home, stopping at a supermarket to pick up some bits and bobs of shopping.

I manage a little work then go back to the house and have a kip on the couch, For three hours!

We wander along to visit Betty for half an hour then back home to heat up the leftover vegetable pasta from the other day. It’s still pretty good!
