WE HAVE a lazy morning and breakfast with Don and Sally.

One of our pals from down south is passing on her West Highland Way walk and stops by for cup of tea.

Margaret drives Don, Sally and I to Milarrochy and I take them a walk back down the lochside.

Back home Don and Sally pack their bags and we take them to catch a train to Stirling.

We stop off in Doune to see Catriona, Will and the kids then head for home.

I go a walk to listen to the final masters of the tracks for the new album then make some pasta dough, a mushroom and ricotta filling and then ravioli which we eat while watching our pal Bill’s monthly livestream from Florida.
