UP EARLY – I prepped sourdough yesterday and get it in the oven then deal with some emails and stuff while it bakes….and cools.
There’s a load of music submission to listen to and see if there’s anything I should be including on Sunday’s radio show then I get busy with a sign I’m trying to arrange in Logic Pro. I generally use Universal Audio’s Luna for all my recording but I act Logic as part of Apple’s Creative Suite and keen to keen about/try out some of it’s features.
I have no experience of using Logic so it’s kinda frustrating and time-consuming but, I hope, will be worth the effort.
Before I know it the day’s gone and I head back to the house to make some Italian sausage sugo and some pasta dough for later. I also prep some dough for breakfast muffins that I’ll get made tonight so I don’t have to be up at 6am!
While the sugo is simmering on a low heat and the dough resting I go for a wee walk…then home and dinner.
